How much does a party cost?

We have two different party packages.  Our basic package starts off at $9.99 + tax per child.  We also have a Superstar package which starts off at $14.99 + tax per child.  Other items may be purchased for your party at an additional cost.

I was not offered the time frame I needed.  What can I do?

The party times are set schedules and cannot be altered.  The time(s) you were offered is what we have available on that day.  If you want an earlier time, you are more than welcome to come into the restaurant early and let the children play.  However, your table and hostess will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your reservation.  If you need a later time, we recommend that you try a different date.

What if I want to stay longer than the two hours?

You are more than welcome to stay in the restaurant after the scheduled party time is over.  However, your party hostess will only be responsible for your party during the two hours of time allotted.

Is there a cost or charge for adults/parents to attend the party?

There is no charge for these guests, unless you choose to purchase food and/or drinks for them. If you will be doing so, you can order these items on the day of the party through your hostess on a tab or you may order from the menu at the front.

What happens if my guests count changes?

We cannot guarantee that we can increase your seating once a reservation has been made. However, you are more than welcome to reserve additional seats if you think more guests will attend, if they are available. Additionally, we only charge for the number of children that shows up. If not all the children attend, we would charge the minimum amount (For example, if you reserved for 8 and only 5 show up, you would be charged for 6). Therefore, we recommend that you confirm your reservation by calling back with your final count to confirm your party if you should need to decrease or increase the seating arrangements.

What kind of decorations do you have and/or can I bring my own?

We do not offer decorations other than the balloons included in the party packages.  You are more than welcome to bring in your own if you would like something different.

What does the cake look like and/or can I bring my own?

The cakes provided are 3-layer ice cream cakes.  We offer either a white or chocolate cake with vanilla, chocolate, or swirl ice cream in the middle. Our medium cake serves approximately 15 children. If you have more than 15 children in your party, we will provide a large cake so that every child will be served. You may bring in your own cake.  We will substitute your cake with a $5 game card.

What is in the goody bags?

Funtastic Food, Fun & Games’ goody bags include a variety of toys and treats inside a special bag that kid’s will love.

May I bring in a piñata?

For safety reasons we do not allow them in the restaurant.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

The only outside food or drink allowed in the restaurant is a cake.  No other outside food or drinks may not be brought into our facility. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Will my credit card be charged?  When do I pay?

Your credit card simply holds the reservation and will only be charged the minimum $30 deposit amount required of all party reservations. The deposit amount is non-refundable.  Your total is handled on the day of the party and your deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

What does the party package include?

The basic party package ($9.99) includes:

A table reserved for two hours
A party host to take care of everything for you
Each child receives:

    2 slices of a single topping pizza (you choose the topping)
    A soft drink with free refills
    $5 worth of game play
    A helium balloon

The birthday child receives a Funtastic Food, Fun & Games signature star Mylar balloon and a birthday crown.

The Superstar package ($14.99/child) includes:

A table reserved for two hours
A party host to take care of everything for you
Your choice of a birthday cake décor (subject to availability)

Each child receives:

    2 slices of a single topping pizza (you choose the
topping)
    A soft drink with free refills
    $8 worth of game play
    A helium balloon
    A goody bag
    100 tickets for prizes at our redemption center

The birthday child receives a Funtastic Food, Fun & Games signature star Mylar balloon a birthday crown, 500 tickets for prizes at our redemption center.

How do I change the time and/or date of the party?

You will need to rebook the party for the time and date you require. Make sure to cancel any other previous reservations.

What happens if I'm celebrating two or more children's birthdays?

Each child celebrating a birthday will receive a Funtastic Food, Fun & Games signature star Mylar balloon and a birthday crown at no additional charge.  Additional cakes can be purchased.  Please include both of the child’s names when making the reservation.

Is there a minimum for the party packages?

There must be at least six children to purchase one of our party packages.  If not all the children attend, we would charge the minimum amount (For example, if you reserved for 6 and only 3 show up, you would be charged for 6).
